These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Keep My Number LTD (“Keep My Number”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including the Keep My Number mobile application, website (https://keep-my-number.com), and all related services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope and Definitions
These Terms apply to:
End Users: Individuals using the Keep My Number app for personal use (retaining their local number while abroad).
Business Partners: Companies who integrate or promote our services via APIs, affiliate programs, or white-labeled access.
Visitors: Anyone browsing our website or using parts of the app without registration.
The term “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
2. Description of Services
2.1. Service Overview
Keep My Number enables users to:
Retain their local mobile number while abroad
Receive unlimited incoming calls
Make outbound calls (based on selected plan)
Optionally purchase internet data via eSIM (through our partners)
2.2. Registration
To use our services, Customers must:
Provide accurate personal details (name, email, phone number)
Own a compatible and unlocked device
Accept these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to collect additional information if needed for service provision or legal compliance.
2.3. Quality of Service
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and continuity of service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
2.4. Customer Responsibilities
You must not:
Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Tamper with the system or interfere with others’ use
Share or misuse your account details
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
2.5. Device Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that their device supports eSIM and VoIP services. A current list of compatible devices is available during sign-up. By confirming compatibility, you assume responsibility for device suitability.
3. Start, Duration, and Termination
The contract begins when you complete your order and activate the service via our app or website. The service will continue until the end of your current plan or until you cancel or delete your account.
For users with auto-renewal enabled, the contract renews automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
4. Charges and Payment
4.1. Payment Terms
We accept payments via:
Credit/Debit cards
Google Pay / Apple Pay
PayPal (where applicable)
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
4.2. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)
Certain subscriptions include automatic renewal. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings.
4.3. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered under these conditions:
A technical issue from our side prevents activation or use
You contacted support and cooperated fully during troubleshooting
Refund request is made within 30 days of purchase
Refunds are not issued for:Accidental purchases after eSIM installation
Expired packages
Use of alternative providers (e.g., hotel phone, roaming SIM)
Misuse or violation of our Terms
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and deny refunds accordingly.
5. Delivery
Once a purchase is complete:
End Users will see their active subscription and details under “My Account”
You will also receive an email with relevant information and instructions
eSIM installation instructions will be provided when applicable
6. Cancellations & Modifications
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time
Installed eSIMs and activated services cannot be modified
Any unused balance in an expired plan is forfeited
7. Liability and Warranty
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for loss caused by external issues, including internet outages, device incompatibility, or incorrect user actions.
In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. eSIM Activation and Expiry
Each purchased eSIM must be activated within the timeframe stated at purchase. Unused or expired eSIMs cannot be reactivated. Activation responsibility lies with the user.
9. Pricing and Promotions
Prices may change without notice. Promotional plans are valid only during the promotion period and under the specified conditions. We may adjust pricing based on market conditions, operational costs, or exchange rates.
End Users: Check the website for current pricing.
Business Users: Access pricing via your Partner Portal or affiliate dashboard.
10. Location Tracking
Keep My Number may collect location data (IP, GPS, Wi-Fi networks) to enable and improve our services. By using the app, you consent to this. You can disable location tracking via your device settings, but some features may stop working.
11. Governing Language and Interpretation
These Terms were originally written in English. In case of translation to other languages, the English version shall prevail in any conflict, dispute, or ambiguity.
